NOTE: It is unfortunate that there is no word meaning "fallen leaves" in any text I have ever read. And so, I had to use "pumpu'bogh Sor" for it, that means "tree that has fallen", i. e. "fallen tree".
Because of the short of known Klingon words, there are many awkward expressions in this text. see below:
Original German | English | awkward Klingon |
Farbe | color | omitted |
Gebilde | shape | chenpu'ghach |
gefallenes Blatt | fallen leave | pumpu'bogh Sor |
Geländer | banister | ghoproQmoHwI' |
Lachen | laughter | HaghtaHghach |
natülich | of course | toH |
Sorge | care | SaHtaHghach |
Tätigkeit | activity | vangtaHghach |
Treppe (Treppenhaus) | stair (stairway) | toSmoHwI' |
wirklich | actually | ngoDDaq |
Zwirn | thread | tlheghHom |
Zwirnspule | spool for thread | tlheghHomboSwI' |
...etc. | | |
I hope that more words will be discovered some dey.
